1. Refund Eligibility

  • Wrong item received

  • Order is lost in transit

  • Order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

  • Normal shipping delays during high-demand periods

  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to screen settings or manufacturing differences

  • Change of mind after the product has been shipped

4. Refund Approval

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

6. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before opening a chargeback dispute with their payment provider.
